The Oklahoma play was wonderful! Just remember it is a long play with one intermission so do be prepared to be seated for an extended period of time. We've seen two plays at this playhouse, the first being "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" and that play was amazing! This second play is good, but can't hold a candle to the first one we seen . Amazing talent in this town and area! If you are in this area, do if you can, plan on attending a play there. You can also have dinner on the grounds as a package deal with dinner and a play. Well worth your time and money. The Barn restaurant was great food and service was top notch! Yes, you can order from the menu as well. Beer and wine/drinks are available. The desserts are wonderful too ! We will be back for sure and it's a 4 1/2 hour drive for us, but so worth it!

Went to see both "When calls the heart" and "Mac Powell" in concert. Both were great. Seats a bit uncomfortable.

Excellent food, tremendous shows, an atmosphere that feels welcoming and nostalgic. Love it here! We have seen The Hunchback of Notre Dame and A Christmas Carol. Cannot recommend more highly!.

I purchased season tickets, along with several of my cousins, for 2022. I am just thrilled with the entertainment and the performances that I have seen so far. The acting is excellent. Each performance I have attended this year seems to be better and better. You exceeded my expectations!

Food was delicious however, the green beans were not cooked all the way but still ok. Had to ask for the one drink twice. The play was by far the best musical I have ever seen. I could watch it again. The chairs however need replaced. Your tailbone will be hurting at the end no matter how much pie you ate at dinner!!!! Very quiet and peaceful here unlike Middlebury and Shipshewana. Overall job well done.

The performance was one of the best I’ve seen here. It was excellent.
The seats not comfortable. Still a good experience.

Hubby and I took our 12 year old grandson and we all loved it! The actors were excellent and the story well told. Big improvement on props from one we saw earlier. We were so glad to hear just the regular songs from that production! . Sooo much better than one we saw here a year or so ago with half the dialogue set to original music 😣. That just did not do it for our family of 10 of different ages. We had sadly decided to probably not return after that, but when we saw Beauty and the Beast was playing and assumed it would be the straight musical, we went for it. So glad we did! We recommended it to lots of our friends.

The performance of beauty and the beast was excellent but the seating is AWFUL! They have waiting room type chairs made to sit in for 15 minutes not hours so left with horrid back pain from
Their cheap chairs. For what they charge per ticket you would think they could invest in decent chairs 😩 unfortunately I won’t be back because of this

What are the best seats for someone who has mobility issues and might need to bring a walker? Debating between row H in the middle or the end seats of row B or G. Thanks for your help!

Where do you recommend sitting? We need aisle seats due to bad hips, but is it better in front or the back? Thanks!

There are only two aisles, one on either side of the theater with a long row in between. You enter the theater from the rear, so a seat near the rear of the theater would be best. There is also one row on the main floor level which would allow you to stand and walk right out. Mention your issue when you phone for tickets and the staff in the box office will be able to help you.

We have dinner and theatre tickets. Out show begins at 8:00, what time should we be there for dinner, with plenty of time to get to the show. Where is the dinner...this is our first time as we received dinner and a show as a gift.

Thank you for your question. We recommend arriving for dinner around 6 to allow for plenty of time to done before the show. The dinner is located in the Restaurant Barn.

We have a package to stay at the Napanee Hotel the weekend of August 19, 2016. Could you tell me what is playing at the Round barn that night?

Is there a schedule of plays being performed? Calendar of dates and times of performances ?

You need to go on the Amish Acres web site for the calendar of plays, activities and prices. You can also call there, but I believe they are only open on Weekends, or call the Inn at Nappanee and they will direct you.
