We really enjoyed visiting this spot. We went into the mill, which in itself was very interesting. There is a little hamburger bar on the side in case you get hungry. There's also a little grocery store where you can get ice cream and I...More

There are 30 or so covered Bridges in the area and so can spend 1 or2 days visiting. We stayed in Terre Haute which was about 25 miles to the South and had a great time

The mill still operates. The little town doesn't have much and you could make a quick visit that is great for photos.

Nice bridge to see. Great pictures. Nice little place. There is a little playground for kids. Don't think anything much is open during the off season but if you are there to look at the bridge it's a good setting.

Stopped here on a motorcycle ride. Truly a beautiful site to see. Great place with excellent photo opportunities. Every shot looks like a post card. There is also a place to stop and have ice cream. Very friendly people.

There are over 40 covered bridges in the state. This is a big one but is lost in the city clutter. Go out in the country and see one of the more pristine ones.

Fantastic flea market! Highlight of the fall festivals. Huge! Lots of vintage buildings and shops. They have everything.

This appears to be the happening place to be in the summer/fall months. We went in December and NOTHING was open. Beautiful place though. And the road traveled to get here was beautiful as well.

Just beware you may not have cell phone service out there if you are one that rely on MAPS app. I suggest taking a printed map with you if you don't know your way.

Yes! They should be on a leash, of course :) with proper waste pickup, otherwise a great experience for your pet!
