My son and I visited the Dallara factory. We watched the film about Dallara's life, how he started, and eventually found a home at Indy. We took the tour of the manufacturing facility and spent a lot of time on the simulators. The cost was $15 per person for the museum and tour. Now let me say that I am... More

The factory tour is worth every bit of the ten dollar admission. You delve in to the very heart of motorsports. A guided tour by LUKE EDWARDS is awesome. INADDITION the coffee bar next door is another great place to speed time and just relax with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee.

While it rained on us during our visit, we were still treated to a ride in an Indy car which was enjoyable. Our guide did a great job of explaining the history of the Indy car as well as what occurs at the factory.

We were here for a private event so it probably differs from everyday experiences but the place was awesome. Racing simulators were a bit long in the tooth but great exhibits about Indy car racing. If you don't like Indy cars - don't go. There are also quaint bars, shops and restaurants lining this block so that you could wander... More

I bought a Groupon for 4 for a tour of the factory. The tour starts off with a short video giving you some history on Dallara. There's not a lot to the tour itself, but they do give you a ground up explanation of making carbon fiber. You get to see and touch parts of the race car you otherwise... More

The tour guides are probably from the local High School so they are just going thru the motions. So any tech questions are out. If you do have some knowledge of how carbon fiber works and how it is used. the tour is fantastic. Just focus more on the displays and the short film that they show rather than the... More

Might be a good experience if you're lucky enough to get in when most of it isn't closed or restricted or you are privileged enough to be part of a group rental. We were neither. It is open to the public almost randomly 4 days a week at best. Do NOT allocate valuable time or travel out of your way... More
