This casino has one of the most friendliest staff in the state, however, friendly can't beat losing your money. The slots are the tightest that I have ever played. Table games are worst, but you do get a loud and animated crowd.

Everyone we encountered was very nice. The breakfast from stir cove backstage grill was a little pricey but was amazing. They have a pretty nice fitness center but no pool, hot tub, sauna. The bed was very uncomfortable and had tiny tiny pillows. We had...More

I have gone to Harrah's off and on for over 12 years. 90% of the time I have a negative experience. The dealers are rude, unfriendly, and generally unhelpful. There's other casinos in the area and even Ameristar is better than this place.

Council Bluffs, Harrah’s is a very nice facility. Many friends have recommended a visit, they were right it is a lace to visit and enjoy the hotel, excellent food and play. The employees are friendly and try to make everyone welcome.
