Rand Park is a gorgeous and well-maintained park along the Mississippi River. I loved how people adopted and cared for the flower gardens. There were so many beautiful plants and flowers planted there.
I liked the statue of Chief Keokuk.

Rand Park is a surprisingly large and diverse park for a town the size of Keokuk. It is a very pleasant place to watch the river flow or take a stroll around the lake. The Chief Keokuk statue is certainly worth a visit.
Nice view of the Mississippi River! Easy to walk around and quite pleasing to the eye. Not sure I would visit at night! Seems like it could be dangerous. Keokuk is an interesting town with a checkered past. I enjoyed my visit however.
