This is one terrific value for a very small amount. Loaded with history and artifacts from the old west. Very respectful if our Native Americans and their culture. Plan at least 1.5 hours to completely appreciate this fine Museum. Don't miss this one!

We walked in and was fixing to pay our 11 dollars when the woman yelled at us saying u only have 40 min then u will be kicked out. We will nor be back. There's no handy capped ramp, which completely sucked.

the traveling exhibit from the Smithsonion was very interesting.. Go up the hill to the Plains People museum. It went from the Indians to the 60's.

They are a copy of the downtown area of Dodge City and not an accurate one based on the location map in front of the original Dodge City which has unfortunately been modernized.

It's entirely up to you how much time you spend going through the museum exhibits. We dinner show gunfight takes about 3 hours. An hour for dinner, half an hour for the gunfight and 90 minutes for the variety performance
