Next to the Igreja de Sao Roque, and connected by a short hallway there is a small museum with religious historical content. There is quite good English historical information to provide context for many of the religious relics on display. There were way too many...More

A great museum if you are interested in holy relics and articles of the church. Not a big museum, but very well done. Guards are present but do not follow you around, just watchful

A small hike up the steps from the main square. It didn't disappoint. Artefacts were remarkable. It's magnificent from ceiling to floor.

Pedro's English language tour was excellent. His extensive knowledge of the church and Portuguese history helped him deliver an excellent guide through São Roque. He was hugely enthusiastic and answered my questions really well.

Entrance fee €2.50. Collection of items trying to impress onlooker with gold color. Nothing to compare to the next door church art which is stunning. Good for killing the time, unless You are true religious person.
