Belvoir Castle is the ancestral home of the Dukes of Rutland. The family have lived at Belvoir in an unbroken line for almost a thousand years. Crowning a hill in Leicestershire, its turrets and towers rise over the Vale of Belvoir like an illustration in a romantic fairytale. Belvoir is also a venue for weddings, private and corporate events, an estate rich of history and tradition farming and forestry practices. With dedication to charitable foundations and local community.

Dear Kyle, First of all I want to apologise for your treatment and disappointment towards Belvoir Castle. Unfortunately the Christmas Extravaganza ended earlier than planned due to the heavy snow fall that continued into the night, we thought it would be safer for everyone involved...More

This place is just stunning. Sheer amount of luxury is immense. We went without a guide and there's still info to find out about certain rooms and things you see. Best place I've been in ages. Impressive.

Was not too impressed, and entry fee is extortionate. The numbers of visitor's could double or triple if the entry fee was more reasonable. Car park is ample and the toilet free and usable. What we didn't understand was groups of dog walkers entered the...More

A very enjoyable day out, plenty of walks through the grounds and gardens, the main house has plenty of history to see and the views across to Grantham are breathtaking.
