This was not my first visit. Although they have a wonderful tasting experience and interesting interactive information areas about Heaven Hill, they also have many gift options. My visit was for some last minute unique Christmas presents. Love the variety - everything from bourbon, clothing, glassware, candles and more. Will be back again and recommend to others if ever in... More

Susan McCray made our day! She gave us an informative, relaxed tour. This was not our first distillery tour, but, was the best. Our guide, Susan, was easy to understand, knowledgeable, and patient with us. I highly recommend this stop on your Bourbon Trail tour. The gift shop is wonderful. We were favorably impressed.

I really loved this tour because it's a nice change up from the others. It's short and informative. It's in a tiny museum with very little walking. You can taste a bunch of great bourbon and buy rare bourbon as well. Allen is sweet and funny and a great guide! Thanks for accommodating us!!

I went down to visit my parents we were look for fun things to do Cheap. We found this and it was well worth the Money! We just had the three of us on the tour. I believe the Tour guides name was Cindy. She was very informative. She had fun chatting with us about the local culture as well... More

Very well designed layout with average bourbon selection from heaven hill. They usually have some distillery only bottles. The price is usually about 50% higher than local places for bottles. Do the premium tastings for sure! Very helpful staff!

We stopped here as part of the Mint Julep tour. We did not do a tour here though. Only a tasting where we got to taste two items: Larceny and Elijah Craig. There is a big gift shop and a smaller area with some historical information. A good, quick stop on the Bourbon trail. I don't know the cost since... More

We loved the Rick house and the tasting. The ambassador and the tour guide were both really great. We highly recommend if you want the opportunity to purchase top shelf bourbon.

So happy we picked this place! We only had time for one distillery on the rural Bourbon trail. We picked Heaven Hill and are very happy we did. We did not plan very well, so we got there with 5 minutes to spare and only 1 tour available. Our tour was only a brief history of Bourbon distilling and a... More

Heaven Hill has gone from the days of a factory tour to that of a Bourbon "museum". Its a great place to learn about the heritage of Bourbon, but there is no real hands on stuff here. The tours are probably the priciest on the Bourbon trail, but you can sample many of Heaven Hills brands.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Heaven Hill Bourbon Heritage Center. Herb couldn't have been nicer at the check in station and Holly was fabulous during our tasting. We look forward to our next visit!
