Unique Items

Worth the stop. So many unique and interesting gifts to choose from, some made by the students at Berea College. We spent around 30 minutes here.

My sister and I truly enjoyed this place. The craftsmanship of the items was first rate. We walked out with pottery, brooms, beautiful hand painted glass & wood bowls and jewelry. Believe me there was more I wanted but I practiced a wee bit of self control. Great store and it benefits Berea College so great cause!

Had a very delicious country ham sandwich with slaw and tea. Fresh lettuce and tomato were provided and were tasty. Service was friendly. Prices were fair considering the high quality of the food. Only in Kentucky can you get a country ham sandwich like this. Highly recommend. Will stop again.

I noticed another review that said they were not made by students at Berea College, but we met up with a man working at the nearby hotel and he told us that the crafts at this shop and a couple of others on main street were made by students. It is one of the ways that they pay for their... More

Beautiful furniture, pottery, fiber arts, glass, hand-made brooms, and other crafts. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Berea! Much of the work is by students at Berea College.

This store is so big, it has so many great things to buy, and the workers are so nice and helpful. I love everything about this place!

I visited this shop in August with a friend. The crafts are nice and handmade, but it turned out that most of them were not made locally. I was a little disappointed with that.

We were in Berea for the day and stopping at the Log Cabin was on the list. I live in TX now, but have some handwoven placemats and runners from the Log Cabin. I bought them 20+ years ago, use them all the time and they still look like new. That is the type of quality of every item in... More

During a recent overnight in Berea I wasn't ready to settle into my hotel room so I wandered around the area of my hotel, the Boone Tavern Hotel. Several businesses were closed for the day, but, a few lingered on. The Log House Craft Gallery was one of the few. The beautiful "store" is located in a large, historic home... More
