I had the panini sandwich and it was good. Had the potato soup but felt the potatoes were much too big. My husband and daughter had sandwiches also and they were good. I was expecting an unique place. It was not very unique. The ice...More

My wife and I love to ride a motorcycle from Gallatin to Chaney's. This is a wonderful destination and a perfect place to go on a Sunday afternoon. Food is not fancy, but very, very good. Hamburgers and fries are great and their ice cream...More

We were looking for a place to eat lunch that was local and interesting. This is the place to go. They have things for young children to do as well as adults. The food was good, but nothing fancy.

We visit family during the summer and always try to take in one of the movie nights outside. The ice cream is delicious, and sitting on blankets in the grass is reminiscent of old drive-in movie theaters. Great way to spend an evening with family!...More

We had a great visit to Chaney's. The ice cream and treats were amazing. The kids got to run around the farm and ride on the slides. It was a great fall quick pit stop.

Located out of the city center the Barn offered good value for money on their lunch. Their ice cream was creamy and tasty although a bit pricey. Still worth a visit

We’ve frequented this place since it opened, decades ago. The business has evolved to resemble a mini “kiddie land” park, & the excellent homemade foods & ice cream have been turned over to kid workers. Tonight the chili was watery, with a little meat, and...More

This restaurant has a range of foods, and a lot of ice-cream based items like sundaes and milk shakes. Unfortunately, parking is not very good on busy days, and there is no table service -- only order at the counter. Handicapped facilities seem to be...More

So many choices, it's very difficult to decide what to try. A little out of the way, but worth it, especially if traveling with children. Unike many "agribusiness" roadside stops, they provide a free playground!

Interesting farm. They had the tractor out baking hay and working the farm as we walked. I could watch that automatic miller all day long. Big area for kids to play and great ice cream.
