Great viewing place for looking back at Kao Tao, Suanson and Khao Takiab however temple is average compared to what's available in central Thailand. Nice walk through the bush to Sanoi beach easily traversed. Very nice local produce (dried squid etc) from a few roadside...More

I love this place. Always come back, always find new point of view, new interest to discover. Today’s favorite is a small coffee shop, truck coffee shop just in front of Wat. Nice people & fresh coffee, what else we need to start a beautiful...More

This temple is situated in the most beautiful seething with glorious views of the gulf. However, the man-made grotto area has a strange array of statues, some appear very out of place. We were saddened by how badly this area is maintained. There is rubbish...More

Situated in height and by the sea, this temple is particularly pleasant to visit and easy to access. You will then be able to visit the small and cool beach of Khao Tao.

The start of the walk up steps from beach a little difficult as concrete steps have been damaged. Don't be put off as the views from the top are lovely, the huge gold Budda overlooks the town and fishing fleet. There is a strange building...More

This temple is wonderful. It is truly unique - carved into the side of a cliff with views overlooking the coastline. Stunning. Not in a well known area and so the tourists tend to stay away. Any other place like this would be overcrowded, but...More

Really nice temple. Walk the different stairs to the top where you see the big Buddha and have the most beautiful view over the fishing village and beaches, remember to bring water for the walk to the top.
