We did not visit all of the distilleries on the trail, but I really enjoyed the tasting at Woodford reserve. I would suggest to do it first BC they really taught you alot about bourbon on that tasting. The gif t shop and tasting area...More

Woodford was the only distillery I visited that offered food. There wasn't much, but it is convenient to get food and a tour at the same stop. Woodford is the high end, commercialized version of the bourbon trail. It was a fun tour and the...More

Short but informative tour of the distillery. Our tour guide (Jim) did a great job. I would like to see bigger and more in-depth tours offered. I know I would pay more for the opportunity.

We enjoyed the tasting with our Veterans Discount. We didn’t get to see the distillery but enjoyed the brief talk and tasting. Nice gift shop.

you get some history of the distillery along with a tour of the different stages of the whiskey making process. It is not just for adults but kids might be bored.

Beautiful drive through horse country! Woodford is set in a scene from a picture book with limestone buildings dating back to the 1800's. Great tasting. If you know Bourbon you know Woodford nothing more needs to be said. It definitely worth the drive
