So much fun

We took the kids here and they loved it. We paid a little extra for them to play with the baby gators and their faces were priceless. We would definitely go back.

Such a fun day. My five and seven-year-old loved it! And so did I! We learned a ton about alligators and lots of hands-on stuff too. Our guide Sam was great!

My 10 & 12yr old and I had the absolute best time at the Insta-Gator ranch. The tour was completely informative AND fun, and we would visit again in a heartbeat! Fabulous tour guide and my kids adored petting/holding the baby gators for the extra $5. WELL WORTH IT!

This place is all about alligators. How they hatch, live in the wild, how they survive and at Insta-Gator Ranch, how they are bred. My daughter had an egg hatch in her hand. Warehouses filled with alligators.

Very informative, learned a lot about alligators. Friendly staff, good sense of humour and great with kids. Gift shop had unique items with reasonable prices.

Our tour guide, Joe, did a great job. The learning experience was very informative and fun at the same time. Getting a hands on experience with the touch pool is worth the extra as well!

I stayed in New Orleans recently with a group of family/friends. The majority of us decided to make the drive to Covington to visit the Insta-Gator ranch and I couldnt be happier that we did. We arrived a little late (because the 24 mile bridge over the Lake was scary and it was POURING rain), but we were allowed to... More

Our guide, Royce, was hilarious. Our entire family (kids 6-12 and adults) couldn't stop laughing. It was also highly educational. The next day we took a Bayou tour, and my kids knew everything the Bayou guide said about gators. In addition to learning about gators and feeling them, you get to feed the gators and for an extra 5 bucks... More

I visited here with my family including school-age children. The ranch tour involves about a 30 minute lecture, then a tour of these dark huts where the gators are raised, then a chance for folks to catch baby gators whose mouths have been taped shut (the gator catch is $5 extra, but worth it). We liked it, and was different... More

I visited the InstaGator Ranch in November 2016. My friend and I had a wonderful time. We got a wonderful lecture which walked us through the basic of alligators and their history in the SouthEast. There was also information on other reptiles like caymans and crocodiles. A young alligator was shown to us and we were able to pet him... More
