Pictures don't do it justice. A must do and worth the trip to phong nha. Take a taxi or motorbike yourself and visit at your own pace (as opposed to a tour). Try go early to avoid crowds. The buggy service once you walk past...More

Really worth the walk. 250 vnd ppl is pretty pricey, esp if you pay the 100 vnd extra to take the electric bus from ticket office 1.6km to foot of mountain. Imo that should've been included in the entrance fee. At the end of the...More

We visited here with our 2 children. It is big and it's beautiful but very crowded. We liked Phong Nha and dark cave better

The cave itself is very interesting!! But also very commercialized!! Which is understandable I guess, but if you only have a few days I would recommend exploring the other caves. We did the jungle boss tour which we booked at easy tiger for 1.35 Mil...More

It was a 570m hike despite taking the buggy service. So make sure you're wearing proper shoes and have sufficient water! There are no toilets (WC) in the cave and you would want to make sure you don't have to push through the crowd and...More

We arrived at the food of the cave at 2.45pm, at 5.30pm we drove back to our hotel. The cave was magnificent, I was stunned by the cold air emerges from the cave. According to the information, the temperature difference between inside and outside is...More

Worth visiting. It's very impressive and breathtaking. I would recommend to plan about 2 hours at least to visit the cave.

It's pretty much similar to most caves. Visitors must walk on the wooden trail instead of the limestone ground. The view, both of the surrounding mountainous area as well as inside the cave, was overall spectacular, along with usual conditioner-like air :) To enter the cave,...More

This cave is incredible. My partner and I explored it by ourselves without booking a tour but in hindsight given the chance again we would book via a tour. Simply because this cave is so incredible that it is worth spending the money to explore...More

Only 570m trek to Paradise cave, road is nice and paved. I think it is fine for children 2-3 year old, if they are tired you can carry them on back. Paradise cave is amazing and worth to visit, we visited last week.
I want to take my two kids aged 10 and 14 girl and boy respectively. Will they be able to climb the steep walk of 15-20 minutes. If not, what's the best way of doing the paradise caves. Secondly, if we stay in Hue, will it be possible to do the cave.

Yes. The walk should be fine for your kids. It's not that steep and only about 570 meters.
