This swamp tour was so much fun. The bayou was beautiful and we saw several gators. Bishop was a hilarious tour guide and also gave us interesting info about the animals/reptiles/plant life/etc. of the area.

We booked a swamp tour, with transportation to pick us up at our hotel in New Orleans. The bus ride was about 45 minutes - Dana was our driver. I was pleasantly surprised to get a bit of a history lesson and have points of...More

This is about a 45 minute to hour drive from New Orleans. I'd been on other swamp tours before so knew what to expect - feeding the gators. BUT - THIS tour includes feeding the wild pigs which was more interesting and unusual. Our guide...More

Is definitely worth the money, we saw lots of swamp animals and our captain Jacob knew the swamp really well and gave us detailed commentary. It was definitely the best thing we did during our one-week stay in New Orleans. I recommend this to everyone!

I learned so much on this trip. From the bus ride there to Capt. Gary and the flatboats. Highly recommended and well worth the cost. Say hi to Kevin Bacon and friends while you're out there! ( it'll make sense)

We did the early morning tour and we definitely got our money's worth. The weather was perfect, the breeze once on the water was terrific. If it's too hot, the animals won't be out. Don't think it would be an issue with... More
