We arrived about 11:40.
Things looked interesting. I had no idea it was over at noon and at 11:50 they started closing down. We hurried and bout at a seafood stand and cheese at another but missed out on vegetables baskets and sweater/blankets. Oh well I guess I saved money😜

Plenty of great tasting veggies and local crafted products. Some local fresh baked items that were delicious and a table of local cheeses and local meats. Lots of charm and some entertainment to round out your experience. Down on the waterfront with lots to see and plenty of free parking

We visited the farmers market on June 22. It primarily has food items—all very good. Few gift booths were available. It is on the waterfront and there were many places to sit and eat while listening to some live music. We arrived early then visited some of the stores in Bath and then went on a walking tour of the old homes. A wonderful morning.

Not very well publicised but a great place to visit on Saturday morning. Fantastic local produce, with samples galore. Everything from natural rain water soap, to Glastonbury Worthy cheese, chocolate and wonderful cakes and pastry and lots lot more. Saturday morning, wonder around and coffee at the market. Great!

We've been to over 10 farmers' markets in the area and this is the best by far...not only for ambience but for the quality and variety of offerings. From bread, cheeses, sausages, beautiful organic vegetables, flowers/plants and wool--a veritable paradise of farmer's markets. And the setting by the river with wonderful live music...can't be any better than this:-)!

The finest local produce, cheese, flowers, breads and more. Lively music. Lovely people. A little crowded sometimes but easy to navigate if you know what you want.

Wonderful morning by the river. Great mix of vendors, people are friendly and there are lots of dogs! Parking is easy. While you are there considering popping by the rebuilding of the ship Virginia, you can take your pup there, too and learn a bit about early colonial history to boot.

Held every Saturday of the year it is along the beautiful Kennebunk River during the summer and in a boat shed close by (also on the Kennebunk) in winter. Fresh as you can get and some wonderful Maine products from soaps, candles & wool to literally anything you can grow on the farm plus locally raw & prepared surf & turf. I could go on & on and mention the great soy & barbecue sauces as well as breads & the best (dark or white meat) turkey pies and lacto fermented products Maine, Don't go to breakfast before. There is a dynamite coffee brewer and tons of Maine made pastry, tarts & giant cookies. I don't need to remind down easterners that raised & sold in Maine keeps the dollars in Maine. Bath has a program where if you give the cashier $30.00 worth of food stamps they give you back $45.00 in Vendor coin.

Sure, there's Farmers Markets all up and down the coast, but the Bath Farmers Market is an event not to be missed. Lots of fresh organic veggies, fruit, meats, pastries and more, but also great music every Saturday morning. This is Bath, and most people can't make it through from one end to another without meeting neighbors from up and down the coast and chatting about events of the week, travel, food, and whatever. A great place to catch up, check out the latest news, and say hello to the dogs.
