The talent of the performers is INCREDIBLE, their personalities are so warm, and our family always has an amazing experience here… We just love this place so much!! Dominic’s Diner and the story behind it are really beautiful! Can’t wait for the August show!! (And if you’re not sure what to pick for dessert… def go with gluten free chocolate torte! :))

It was opening night for the performance of Dominic’s Dinner. The four actors were terrific and obviously put their heart and soul into the singing. Two actors were very good singers and two were outstanding voices. We’re went for dessert and show because we’re had a very big lunch earlier in the day. The dessert were great and the dinners people ordered looked very appealing. I would definitely recommend locals support this venue and visitors you’ll find an evening of entertainment!

Wow! What an enjoyable show!! The theatre is charming, a very nice Dinner Theater. The four actors were terrific giving it all they had, they were all outstanding performers with incredible voices. We went for dessert and show . The desserts were great, freshly made. I would definitely recommend locals and visitors to come to this venue for an evening of wholesome small town entertainment.

We've been going to the Carousel Music Theater for over 40 years and highly recommend this live theater experience! Although the ownership has changed since originally attending, the wonderful experience that this charming dinner theater provides has remained the same. Once again, our entire family (four generations!) had an enjoyable and entertaining evening. The cast members were very talented, had amazing voices, and vivacious stage presence. Both the Cabaret and the show, Dominic's Diner, were excellent! Every performer made an impression with their unique styles and incredible voices. The song choices were fantastic and the simple stage set was perfect for the 1950s! The food was simple, yet delicious! We enjoyed yummy seafood chowder during the Cabaret when the zesty cast members took turns performing. Most of our family enjoyed delicious lobster rolls for dinner (but the pulled pork sandwich was also yummy). The daily baked HOMEMADE biscuits absolutely made the strawberry shortcake and the banana pie was also delish. We also highly recommend the Shirley Temples (non-alcoholic) and Blueberry Lemonade (alcoholic) from the bar. The entire theater was very clean, including the bathrooms, which we think is important. As a side note, our family members ranged from 9 to 87, and everyone enjoyed the entire experience! Not one complaint from anyone... If you're in Boothbay Harbor, this charming theater should be on your bucket list. We look forward to seeing what musical shows are in store for next summer!

We thoroughly enjoyed not only the show (Dominic's Diner), but also the food and ambience, as well. Each staff member was friendly and courteous, not to mention highly-talented. This was a fun, upbeat show, and made for a few hours of wonderful entertainment; I would highly recommend you go.

We are long time subscribers to the Carousel Music Theater performances! The shows are fun, the food is good, and the waiters/ waitresses are AMAZING singers who clearly enjoy what they do! Their talent is really top notch and their enthusiasm is infectious!

This was our second experience enjoying the dinner/show experience at the Carousel. The three course dinner was one again exceptional , delicious seafood chowder, lobster rolls and homemade shortbread biscuit strawberry shortcake were a standout. The pulled pork sandwiches were also a hit. The food is the best in the area and the whole dinner theatre experience makes for a great value for families of all ages. This year's show featured amazing talent and provided an entertaining evening for all.

The Carousel Music Theater shows are must see! It is so much fun to listen and watch these hard working performers sing, dance and act, plus serve you your lunch/dinner! They do it all with a smile and song!! The Carousel is on my to do list every summer👍

The show was excellent. These young performers were wonderful. They all were so talented. Beautiful voices. They actually served the lunch and performed on stage. What a show! We loved it. Definitely worth going. I know these performers will make it big soon in their careers! Good luck to all of them!

The food was far better than we expected! The seafood chowder was delicious. The show had us dancing in our seats. Hopefully we will be watching the Tony Awards some day and can say "We saw them in Boothbay at The Carousel Music Theater!
