Haven't been here this year yet but have gone there over many past Summers. Hiking, biking trails through the woods and along the coastline make a 1/2 day adventure.

State park that opens at 9:00 am. Small charge per person to get in but heck it goes towards the maintenance of the park. Big osprey nest at the southern end of the trail.

Wolfe's Neck State Park is a great place to come walk by the ocean. In addition to a wheelchair- and stroller-friendly path along the ocean's edge, there are others that go down to the shore and through the woods. There are picnic areas and bathrooms....More

Wolfe' Neck is a very understate park imo. It's not huge, but it's perfect for a nice picnic on the rocks by the water. They have picnic tables back before you get to the rocks and I believe some charcoal grills to use as well....More

Well-marked trails, beautiful vistas of Casco Bay, and plenty of park employees make this a perfect place for a family outing for children of all ages.

The park, although not well signed is easy to find from Freeport using Google maps. We visited on a cold windy day, but expect that during the summer it would be quite pleasant. There are a number of walkable trails.

Great views and access to waters edge - short hike for those that may not be in hiking shape, but want to experience the beauty of Maines coastline. We walked off our breakfast and hated to leave.

Absolutely allowed. We ran into a park ranger and we had a long discussion about dogs, in general. Obviously, on leash, and also bag your poop, on or off trail(otherwise other dogs or animals would eat your dogs... More

Yes, I've taken a stroller through the park. You just won't be able to get through all of the trails. Some are rocky.
