We could only view from the road but it made us stop to photograph and discuss! The setting beside the highway is not adequate for this grand folly!

We always drive by this house when we are in Kennebunkport. I have never seen anything quite like it and it has an interesting history. It is worth the drive to see it.

The architecture indicates that this house may once have been lovely, but it has fallen into grievous disrepair. You may well pass it just driving around, but I would not recommend a detour to see it.

Interesting architecture for sure, but the home is in disrepair. Fortunately we had some time to kill so we didn't waste anything. Would not go out of my way to visit.

I only saw the outside of this wonderful home. It has many architectural features that are just wonderful to see. You can park on the opposite side of the street then cross cautiously to photograph.

We drove by this house because of the high ratings on TripAdvisor...wow, what a mistake. It has clearly been neglected for quite some time, and although it is unique, it is really nothing but an eyesore - we actually thought we were in the wrong...More

I was disapointed to see what a terrible state of disrepair this home is in. It's hard to know what's really going on here, but as someone who looks at houses for a profession, it appears that there's no money or no desire to keep...More
