My friend brought me here to see this beautiful fieldstone structure. A library has books and media, but this library has history galore. It is about 120 years old. The massive fireplace is the centerpiece and heated the building years before. There are many books...More

On our walk from our hotel we stopped in to visit a Book Sale. This is a gorgeous building made of stone. As a library it was small but worth the quick drop in that we did.

I love libraries and this quaint stone library in Ogunquit is great. We were vacationing for the weekend and the library had a book sale going on. Of course we had to go. So much old world charm. Loved it.

This small, local library is worth the trip for its fascinating stone architecture and beautiful woodworking inside. Be sure to look for the stone fireplace, the grandfather clock and other features. The book collection is modest, but adequate according to the librarian. Note there are...More

If you're wandering around Ogunquit, this is definitely worth a quick look. It's an interesting old building, a charming little library, and they even still have card catalogs.

An impressive historical site. A must see for library fans. Small and well ordered complete with a card catalog. Books on Ogunquit and it's history rest on a table for easy access without needing to search for the info.

This is not a county run library, but is privately owned and operated. We stop to see if the inside was as quaint as the outside, and found it to be. There is a Hugh fireplace in the inside, but we were told they aren't...More
