My husband loves antique cars so this was an ideal attraction for him. There is a minimal entry fee that's used towards restoring the cars. This is a must see even if you aren't a car enthusiast, it was amazing how much history from antique cars to toy cars and early carriages.

We had visited the Seal Cove Auto Museum several years ago when they were just getting started. Last Sunday (Oct 9th) it was raining and hiking wasn't the thing to do, we decided to give the Museum another visit. We were so glad we did! The cars are concentrated on the 1900 to 1930 "Brass and Bronze Era" and they... More

If you are looking to get out of the crush or Bar Harbor and tired of the crowds on Cadillac Mt, come to Seal Cover Auto Museum. It is totally worth the time in the car. The views on the way are awesome. But the history inside the museum is just as amazing. After recently watching Harley & The Davidsons... More

We found this place on line, and were not disappointed. The number of cars, motorcycles and other antiques is exceptional. They offer a historical view in the past of those that opposed cars in that area and those that did not. Well worth the visit!

First time visitor and wasn't disappointed. The museum contains a wonderful collection of pre-World War I automobiles, what is known as the "Brass Era." Well displayed and including a number of collateral historical items. Friendly staff! Highly recommended!!

If you like old, old cars, then this is the place for you. Simple but very well presented. There are dozens and dozens of old cars here. Some needing refurbishing and others pristine. It's a great place to stop by on your way to and fro. The owner or manager is quite enthusiastic and knowledgeable. It all reminded me of... More

If you like old, and I mean, REALLY OLD cars, you will love this place. Great 90 minute break from hiking or for a rainy day activity. Amazing museum for such a low key area.

My husband is a "car guy", and had been here once before, couldn't wait to go back. I was impressed by the curator, Roberto Rodriguez, he took time to chat with us both when we arrived and before we left. The "Auto Wars" exhibit was very interesting to view. They do an amazing job of preserving a piece of history.
