Nice and cool walk to the lighthouse. The landscape and seacape are both really pretty and quite relaxing. Definitely, a must-see in Maine.

It is a long walk out to the Lighthouse, with many wide gaps between the stones. The wall can be slippery at times. Make sure you are well rested and wear nice rubber sole walking shoes. It is really worth the walk :-)

Gotta love the Bug Light! It's been painted since we were here in 2010. It's now very pretty especially at twilight. This one is one of our favorites! It's very easy to get to as well!

The view from both the water and from land are fabulous. It's super pretty and the park where it rests is just as amazing.

This is just one of those quick stops while visiting Portland. The view is pretty and the park is nice. Doesn't take but a couple minutes. Easy in and out.
