Only complaint is that the green tarp along the outsides of the pavilion blocked ALL air and it was an extremely hot/humid evening. Rivulets of sweat streamed all night. If they could switch that out for something allowing airflow, would greatly improve experience. Music sound...More

Cool venue, a little different than most. Lawn can get really packed if sold-out, so get there early if you want a spot on the lawn. Good screens spread out on the lawn are helpful. We found a spot on the left side of the...More

Favorite concert venue in MD! Not a bad seat in the pavilion. We prefer the pavilion but fun on the lawn as well we r just too old for that.

Since it's an outdoor venue, weather is going to make a difference in the concert experience. So, with all the rain recently, sitting on the lawn is a muddy mess and even just walking up the paths to the venue is pretty sloppy. Still, as...More

Went here for the M3 festival and sat in the lawn. This venue has great acoustics. The lawn is very big so you can carve out a nice place to spend the day listening to your favorite bands. There are plenty of shade areas as...More

We attend a LOT of concerts and festivals all over the US (and the world), so this is an educated review. MPP is the best concert pavilion venue that we've been to, and the improvements underway are going to make it that much better. The...More
