Stopped in randomly to view the Christmas Lights and were treated to a Bell Choir concert as well! The lights at the Temple and around the visitor's center were fantastic. The folks inside of the visitor's center were all very kind and would answer any...More

I was dragged to the temple by my parents and sister to see the holiday lights - they are spectacular and the temple is gorgeous. The visitor center is staffed by really nice people who are dressed very nicely but who would like nothing more...More

This is an amazing building, even if you are only able to see the visitor's center and the outside. As you may know, only members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints with a recommend of worthiness from their ecclesiastical leaders are able...More

In December the place is really lit up outside at night with lights and a live creche. Inside during the day (not sure if open at night) there are a number of decorated Christmas trees and lots of creches for many foreign countries. Very interesting.

I visited the Washington D.C. Temple Visitors' Center while waiting for my wife in the temple next door. It was a calm, serene place. They have a few new LDS Church videos about the initial events of the LDS church. Educational and helpful.

We were here in December and the display of holiday lights took your breath away. After visiting holiday lights in Temple Square in Salt Lake City, UT, I never imagined another Temple display could be more beautiful. Definitely one to see!

This is a wonderful building to accompany the temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints that is also located on the grounds. They will explain various tenants of the church's faith to visitors and show you what the temple looks like...More
