Exceptional service!

I have been going to this nail salon for a few years now and always had good service. Today was exceptional. There is a new person named Peter, and his is fabulous! I will be requesting him for all future visits. VIP nail studio is very fortunate to have him there.

I’ve been a regular customer for approximately 90 days. Unfortunately my service today was unsatisfactory. In all fairness the nice lady attempted to correct my nails but this is the final result. It’s only been a few hours since I left, below is the finished nails. I paid full price and left a tip, my nails look like they are weeks old and I’m very embarrassed. Hopefully others will get better service than I received today.
