The people in the visitors' center are very helpful. The views are spectacular. It was a quiet walk around the lake. We walked about 2 hours.

The park offers a wide variety of nature-based activities, including hiking on their trails, kayaking, swimming, etc. We made a brief stop and did a quick hike. Lots of nature and birds to be seen.

There are no sites directly on ponds. You have to walk down a trail to them

In general the sites away from the water and further out are larger and will be more private. Check out areas 6, 6x and 7.
