This lighthouse is coast guard operated, so there are a lot of restrictions. There's also very limited times that you can actually go inside of it. So, make sure, you checked the schedule online before you plan anything. But it is worth it!

The view from the outside was one I enjoy seeing but was disappointed I was unable to go inside to view the sea bearing, nautital building full of history. Want to plan a trip back to visit this one of a kind soldier.

Chatham Lighthouse is a classic. It's such a fun place to see and has that classic cape cod view. It's a beautiful well kept light house.

The national seashore at its finest miles of dunes and paths, seals on money, site of the legendary coast guard rescue of a destroyed tanker. In summer hard to get parking and beware of the current and great white sharks!

Got to experience a VIP tour of the inside and outside of the lighthouse thanks to family in the coastguard. It was my first time visiting in January during winter. One of the coastguard guys was nice enough to tour us around and let us...More

Braved the snow and cold, and it was still pretty to visit. Just a pretty part of the world generally.
