This is the beach I grew up going to and I still love it. This is more of a family oriented beach than a party spot. The beach has two sides, the ocean front one and a more protected inlet. The protected area has very...More

This beach is picturesque. It has tide pools that the small children really enjoy, and the bay is back to back with the pools. It's funny to see everyone facing whichever way as they focus on whichever beach. There's a snack bar associated with the...More

there are some lovely beaches on the Cape, but this is not one of them. It is small and covered in seawwed. Would not want to sit on this all day (or pay $20 to park). OK for a visit...but go after 5.30 when you...More

We have tried stand up paddleboarding in other areas and it was difficult with choppy water and motorboats going by. This place is the best...you can enjoy an approx 4 mile stretch of calm ocean water on inlets, or choose to head out to the...More

We saw lots of beaches throughout the Cape including Nantucket and the Vineyard. Ridgevale Beach is in the top ten if not top five. Parking is the biggest negative, but it's directly linked to how popular this beach is. The fee was $15-20 to park....More

This beach has a tidal area that is great for kids, a sandbar, snack bar, and kayak/hobie/paddle board rentals. The guys at the rental were so nice and friendly. There is a bit of seaweed but you can avoid it too. Very nice for family...More

Been to ridgevale many times. If you get your parking pass from the gate shack, it allows you access to cockle cove and hardings beach as well! Folks at the snack bar are the best. Beach conditions change daily. One day might be loaded with...More

Cool river area and ocean area all connected. Smaller kids had tons of fun on rivers side catching crabs in nets, using small paddle boards, or wading in the calm sandy clear water. Snack building and bathrooms made for even easier enjoyment for a whole...More

Almost the exact same beach experience of Hardings, which was great. Only negative was the bathroom situation. You would think that if they had a snack shack that serves fried food that they would have something other than outhouses. They also don't give out free...More

We were renting a place an 8 minute walk away from the beach. If you're driving I think it's $15-$20 for a days parking pass. Beach was clean, not a lot going on, as it was cloudy and cool. There's was a small snack bar...More
