We visited CoCo Key with 3 kids and four adults. The kids enjoyed themselves. The adults found it crowded, loud and kind of dirty. On the plus side there were plenty of lifeguards who really took their jobs seriously. On the minus side there were a lot of guests who didn't watch their kids at all. And even on Sunday... More

Well this will be your place. Took 2 grandchildren on Sunday Grandparents special rate day during a cold cloudy day inside activity. Having never been there ((but it was for the kids not about me) I was up the fun. Staff did job at front desk but bathrooms were messy and unattended. The smell inside was snack bar and the... More

It is Saturday! This is very understaffed. There is one bartender to serve 1000 hot , Thirsty people! How could you do this to one employee? It appears the water park Is not functioning. It had to close to clean up a accident. I have been in line for 38 minutes waiting for a Diet Coke. Tables And tables are... More

We had a great time. just for the day it seemed expensive.. but with the stay and play package it's a pretty good value. The park was fun, but come prepared with snacks for the kids, and I'd bring your own towels to warm them up! the temp is warm, but once wet, you still get chilled.. especially the little... More

This was our third visit and the water park is 16 miles from our house. We picked a quiet Sunday so it would be less busy. Our 6-year old son made two attempts to cross the age-appropriate lily pad attraction but was having trouble so my husband came closer to coach him across. After he made it across a life... More

My DD(7) and DS(8) loved this place on our first visit today. Other reviewers have covered this attraction well, so won't say too much there other than echo that the lifeguards are clearly very well trained and that the bathrooms ought to be cleaned mid-day. I recommend flip-flops/shower shoes, not because you need them the whole time, but particularly for... More

My son and daughter and I visited Coco key for a little tropical vacation in the middle of January. My son has a January birthday, so it's always a challenge to find interesting fun things to do with him. The waterpark was the perfect choice. It was clean and the water was warm - what more do you need!

The resort was clean and plenty of space for a busy holiday. Food in the snack shack was pricey and after seeing everyone else bring in drinks and snacks would've been a cheaper alternative! Also, there were no beach lounge chairs for parents. The bar was a nice and had good fruity drinks.

We stayed at the adjacent Doubletree Hotel and watched the snow storm from the comfort of the 84 degree Coco Key Water Park. It may be that we lucked out or that we opted to go at night but there was plenty of room and not overcrowded. The water was warm--even for my cold blooded body. Even in the hour... More

I took my kids during Christmas break and they enjoyed themselves.I wish the place was a little warmer for my toddler. The bathroom was cleaned and the food was done within minutes I wish there were more pizza options.
