Glorious views

Parking is a problem but if you can find a spot the short walk to the knob is well worth the effort.

Yes, very true on the parking. There is only a few spots that are for the public at the edge of the harbor. The parking lot next to the property is private parking only for members of the Quissett Harbor House Trust and cars will...More

Decided to find The Knob and take a hike out to it. Very nice walking trail although it's a bit rough with tree roots, rocks, etc. so probably not good for someone with walking problems. The path was very clean and ended at The Knob...More

A favorite walk and lovely view especially for sunset! Beach is great too. Have taken my kids out on this walk many times and love the walk through the canape that leads to open ocean.

This is a lovely spot, but as people have noted, it is also very popular and there are very few parking spaces. The hike out to the knob with ocean vistas is reasonable in the daylight but not completely flat so walking shoes are recommended...More

It's a nice view perched on the top of a hill. My friends oohed and ahhed. It was okay, but not worth the walk along an unmaintained dirt path along the beach. There is no lighting, so it came become interesting walking after sunset.
