Only a mile or so of this trail is directly on the Ocean. However the rest is also great with nice marsh and “cape” views . Plenty of parking along the trail in various parking lots. But, I’m sure on a summer weekend they might...More

Beautiful scenery and safe biking. A nice deli to have lunch is the West Falmouth Market. Stop along the beaches and harbors for some glorious views. Takes you to favorite Chapaquoit Beach for sunsets on the water

It runs along one of the few beaches with unrestricted access to a good length of the beach. (I believe this is the only state which permits property ownership right to the waters edge, so it is not uncommon to find fencing restricting access along...More

If they would install real lavatories instead of porta potties that would be so much nicer. Very lovely views, plenty of photo opportunities

It is a great bike path although sometimes pedestrians are don't follow the guidelines and walk slowly in a group, in certain areas, especially near the beach, and block the path.

I've been riding on the bike path since I was a kid. It may be a bit (ok, a lot) more crowded now, the pavement may be better, but the amazing and unbeatable view remains the same. There are several places you can join the...More

It was a cool and sunny day, so the path was packed as we all tried to enjoy the last day of summer. I recommend this path to everyone--walkers, bikers, those who still "blade". It is gorgeous with many views. 'Fairly flat --so inviting to...More

We walked two miles from the Falmouth Center side on Labor Day. Granted it was a perfect day to bike or walk since the temperature was cool. The path is fairly narrow and was very busy. We kept having to look back for bicycles coming...More

It really depends on your objectives. It is approximately 11 miles long. If you want to ride for 22 miles, it would be best to start in North Falmouth if you want to park easily for free. Also, it is a good place to start... More
