The product is delicious and varied, and the maker let us help bottle, cork and label. A wonderful special new accompaniment for our Thanksgiving.

Great Sunday trip with friends! After discovering mead at a local farmers market we were intrigued. We also purchased a bottle for friends and they to enjoyed it. So we went to explore how it was made.

We were checking out the graves of our friends’ ancestors when we stumbled upon Dan and this fun stop. Dan was charming and informative. The mead was delicious. Worth the detour!

We decided on the six-sample tasting "flight" to get a sense of what various varieties of mead were like. As the owner said, most folks -- that includes us -- are surprised to find that mead can actually be as "dry" as a fine wine,...More
