A family favorite for as long ago as I can remember. The views are spectacular. There is a quiet calming serenity, sitting watching the Atlantic ocean in all its incarnations. You always leave more mellow than when you arrived. Great view for tourists, great view for locals. It never gets old

This park is very small with limited parking. It boasts a most unusual lighthouse that looks more like an oil rig. The views of the sea and harbor are very nice.

A peaceful setting with incredible views across to historic Marblehead, the causeway and beyond to the Boston skyline on one side and extensive views to Salem, Beverly and the north shore on the other.

Chandler Hovey Park and the Marblehead Lighthouse are on the northern tip of Marblehead Neck. It's a great place to just sit and enjoy the views of Marblehead and Marblehead harbor. Quiet and serene, find a bench and just lose yourself in the views while you lose all track of the hustle and bustle you went through to get there.

On our adventure up the east coast, the Marblehead Lighthouse was on our list of must-see places. We easily found it via our GPS. The drive here was very scenic and the houses along the way were breathtaking. There were a lot of people walking their dogs, jogging, or biking, so be careful not to drive too fast or distracted.... Went out to lighthouse point for a picnic. This was a great spot to sit with a couple beach chairs and watch all the boat come in and out of the harbor. Seemed to be a crowd of younger people coming and going, as I believe it was a Pokémon location, but it didn't bother us.

Beautiful park overlooking the ocean, with benches and rocks/outcroppings to sit on. Good for couples, families, kids. Parking can be a bit tight.

Great place to relax and watch the sunrise or set as well as enjoy the sights of the boats on Marblehead harbor! There is room for kids to play as well as for couples to stroll here.

Feeling low? Grab a cuppa and a seat in the pavilion ... rain or shine, you'll be lifted up with the calming effect of the ocean as the small waves lap the rocks on the water's edge (really exhilarating during a storm), or watching the boats under sail or power off to the four corners of the globe. Care for... More

At the end of the Marblehead Neck you will find an old lighthouse crowning a lovely park surrounded on three sides with ocean. Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy. Dangerous rocks limit activity for small children who need to be kept close. But the views are fantastic. Sails flying in the breeze as boats from the harbor constantly come and... More
