Hi Justin, I was wondering how much class patrons really get to sample the fruits of their labor? Are the portion sizes of each dish significant enough to make a difference...or can we expect to get a few shrimp and one or two small bites of beef. You seemed to really enjoy the classes. I cook often so I cant imagine paying $70/p and not have a significant portion to sample. Thanks for any input!
