We visit Commercial St multiple times per year, year round. Parking can be difficult during the tourist season. In the fall we have no problem finding parking and the public parking lot is free certain times of the off season.

Thank you all for the response. I found the Pier parking lot and Grace Hall parking lot as well. As some of you mentioned to get there early, I am trying to be there by 10am. I hope I will get parking at the pier.
