Cape light, gorgeous layers of colored grasses, great white sand dunes, beach plums, roses, and the iconic fisherman cottages overlooking the Bay. On and on. Breathtaking.

Walk the entire loop and loved every minute of it. There was nobody on the trail because it was off season. It is worth doing it

America starts right along this trail. The Atlantic surrounds you. The dunes are prehistoric. It does seem like it is the beginning to everything. Vistas beckon at every step. It is the best summertime stroll in the USA.

It is hilly. But it is absolutely beautiful. You will enjoy scenic views whether on bike or on foot.

Definitely no dogs after Memorial Day, but if you start on the flats to get a sense of the rider volume you should enjoy it for hiking. Its a gorgeous trail.
