We took the family to P-town for a nice day trip and enjoyed a few hours of cycling along the beach. This isn't the flat rail trail type ride, but it does offer some of the best scenery you will ever experience. I love to...More

The trail is full of hills, switchbacks, and is challenging...but you are rewarded with incredible views and a full tour of the park, from rolling dunes and the sea vistas to scrub pine forests and bogs. Def would not recommend for a first time or...More

This is good for hiking or biking. We hiked with our dogs. There are 2 trails. One of them was flooded from snow/rain that was melting about halfway in. The other is longer and was fully accessible. Stay to one side when biking season starts.

Great place to bike, but for someone that bikes on a flat bike path this was challenging! But it's gorgeous and lots of fun.

I ran the trail on Thursday afternoon and Friday morn in mid-September. For the most part I had the path to myself. Very nice, well signed and clear of any debris. Reminder, Cape Cod is NOT flat. This is a bit hilly in spots.

This is a fun trail to ride, though it has some hills. Be sure to stop at the visitor center and climb to the viewing platform.
