Charming museum of glass produced here in Sandwich in Cape Cod. Interesting automated narrations that brought to life the glory of beautiful glassware in the old days. Glass blowing demonstration was fun to see. Fun gift shop.

There was a movie as well as a man demonstrating a glass vase being made. Several pieces were shown in different rooms.

This was a recommended stop by our B & B hosts and so far they have not driven us off the beaten path. We walked in to a view of all kinds of glass, going back to the 1800s. Once in, we saw a man...More

An interesting stop off while in Sandwich: which is Cape Cod's oldest town. We learned about the glass industry by watching a multi media presentation in the theater "Sandwich, The First 200 years". The gift shop has a great variety of glass creations for purchase....More

We stopped here after our Heritage Tour. Definitely worth the time. Glass making demonstration occurred often enough to fit in during a visit. Allow at least an hour or more. There is so much to see. There were several displays that helped to explain both...More

If you are travelling with children, they will love the glassblowing demonstration. The museum itself has beautiful examples of local glass and the write ups are very in depth. There are a few displays that are interesting, as they have a film or audio of...More
