The food's nothing to shout about, especially if you already live somewhere with great fried seafood in the summer, but the view is unique - very Cape - the vibe is friendly, and they have two of our favorites: indoors, a Ms. Pac-Man / Galaga tabletop game, and out on the patio, that game where you swing the ring to... We had dinner here two nights in a row during a recent Cape Cod visit. The indoor bar and room (singers perform here on many nights) is pleasant and unassuming. A long wall of windows gives a great view out over the marsh where birds come and the fish jump. The outdoor area with a raw bar and (our grandson's... More

After leaving another restaurant due to horrible service...we ended up at The Sand Bar. Missy our server was great! The peacekeeper was awesome as were the drinks! Great place for a fun afternoon!

When you think of a small town bar with friendly locals and a chill atmosphere this is the spot! Great indoor and outdoor space and a super friendly service! The locals inside were also great, chatting up a storm, something we miss in the big city. Great range of drinks and food, I was told the pizza is good but... More

Perfect for everyone. We sat outside with our 2 babies and the weather was perfect and the view was nice too. Staff is always cheerful and food is on point. I only wish they had champagne splits.

My wife and I were driving and looking for someplace to have an early lunch when we came across the Sand Bar. It looked like a rustic place and we thought it might be interesting to try so we stopped. In all honesty, we arrived about 15 minutes before the restaurant actually started serving. The server let us know they... More

We visited the Sand Bar twice in the last week, once just for drinks while on the way to have dinner at The Lighthouse Inn, and once for dinner. The bar and indoor dining area have a very "old Cape Cod" vibe (see my pics) and the outdoor dining has a nice quiet view. The night we stopped by for... More

Stopped at the Sand Bar for a late lunch on a rainy afternoon. We really enjoyed the clam chowder especially since we are very picky about chowder. Really Yummy! We ordered fried oysters and a quahog which were both hot and delicious. No frills but we will definitely come back on a nicer day to enjoy apps and a cocktail... More

You don't go there for the food it's the drinks! As long as you have the right bartender, not some young snotty collage girl! That works there. She makes week-drinks for $9.99 and when question her she denies her bartending skills!

We travel to eat at the Sand Bar each March while in Fl. I am delighted to report the dinner was a complete success. It was also to celebrate an anniversary. We had Debra as our waitress. She is wonderful. We had a table on the sand and enjoyed drinks, snacks and the dinner. We were not rushed and watched... More
