I watched Cinderella at the theater, and it was great but the music was just a poor recording and people next to us were a little loud. But over all, it was fabulous

Beautiful theatre and show was great. The ushers were friendly and very welcoming. It was a great night out. We dined at Piccolos which was just down the road from the theater and have left a review for that also.

We love having Broadway shows available without the trip -- and expense -- of going into Boston! Our favorite, however, is the youth summer program, which gives teens a wonderful, professional experience.

The Theatre provides a wide range of events in a beautifully restored Theatre. Have sat in many sections and always had a good view of the stage.

We are relatively new to town and were so excited to find out about the Hanover. We've seen a few shows now, from the Boston Pops to a night with John Cleese, and have never been disappointed with the venue. It's a small enough house that you can sit just about anywhere and have a good view. I've never been... More

I have been here several times and the shows are superb. From Russian Cossack dances to David Sedaris comical readings.

The Hanover theatre is gorgeous. They do a fantastic job, the ushers etc. The only tricky thing can be parking. Come a little early to park.

Thank you for your great review. We're glad that you have enjoyed your experience at the theatre. We do offer convenient parking in a garage across the street from the theatre, but you do need to leave some time, the garage does get full. We hope that you will come and visit us again soon. More

Gorgeous classy ambience. Better than some Boston venues. Easy accessible and cheap parking. Great variety of shows form oldies lovers to music and plays. Reasonable ticket prices and great visibility no matter where you sit. Cocktails usually available in the lobby at reasonable prices and sometimes you can go backstage after the show to get autographs and pics with performers.... More

We were looking forward to seeing the show Shen Yun and was so happy to see that they were coming to Worcester! The Hanover Theatre is beautiful - everything about it is lovely - with one major exception ----- the seating. I purchased the $80 seats - which are in the balcony - but what a disappointment. The show was... More

We apologize if you were cramped in your seats. The Hanover Theatre is a historic building and our balcony seating remains as originally constructed in 1926, offering legroom comparable to most historic venues. Our orchestra seating level offers the most legroom dating back to the theatre's conversion to a movie palace in the 1960's, when orchestra seating was altered to... More

You go for the acts/performers. As a venue, the outside is visually appealing and when you step inside, you are pleased. The sound and sight lines are good. My only issue are the upper seats; old and cramped. If you're over 6' tall, you will be shifting in your seat all night which takes away from the experience.
