The Museum provides good information about coming to America. However, it does not provide sufficient information as to what the people's lives were like prior to coming. There was no sequence to the information presented and it was disjointed. I understand this is an ongoing story but I think it fails in many ways. I sincerely hope they expand the... More

Really enjoyed the displays and quiet in this small museum highlighting Arab history, religion, culture, food, etc. Lots of good information in a beautiful setting. I wish they had had some information on 9/11 and events thereafter which showed Arab support for the US. The exhibit of "What we carried" (might not be correct title) was very poignant and showed... I am so glad I finally made time to visit! As a non-Arab, I have always been curious about Islam and the Middle East, and this museum is perfect place to gain an understanding of those questions. I recommend following the phone-guided tour at your own pace. The staff was very friendly and helpful with my questions after my visit... More

The museum is well done to reflect the heritage of Arab Americans in America from the 19th century and beyond. Great interactive exhibit. Stop by the store for beautiful artifacts. It is a must for every visitor to Dearborn. It is the only and the first Arab American History museum in the country.

Guide was not the best. Still, take a guided tour, then just walk around as you wish to fill in some the blanks. Very informative and enlightening. Most displays have succinct, written explanations designed as a quick read for a group with mixed interests. Found out some things I did not know. Someone interested in history or the Arab world... This place is a great place to visit and very well done. Gives you an insight to the contributions that American Arabs have made that have benefited the USA. In this day and age where very little is known about our sister, brothers and friends from the Arab region. A place like this provides a lot of information for people... More

Great museum with lots of history. As an Arab-Canadian it was neat to learn about the contributions of Arabs in America, I hope to see future displays about Arab-Canadians. Friendly staff and beautiful gift shop.

A wonderful place for those outside of our area to come and see the history and experience a touch of the Arab culture that makes our city so grand
