A comprehensive collection of beautiful stained class windows, tile murals and the Rosa Parks statute pays tribute to the relationship between public transportation and civil rights. Don't miss the beautiful tile murals in the bathrooms

What a wonderful tribute to one of our country's greatest civil rights activists. It's an honor to have a statue in her honor in our city. I hope it continues to stay in Flint for a long time to come.

While it's a nice tribute and located in a bus station...I think a diorama of her sitting on a bus would be better.

I've taken numerous pictures of her with people over the years. She carries a dignity about her and the and the statue captured her at her finest. She's part of my daily travels.

Let me say that I was bowled over when I went to the MTA Terminal in February to take shots.... More

The Rosa Parks Statue is a Bronze, life-sized one. It is located in the West End of the new MTA Terminal. The statue is oriented so that the likeness of Rosa Parks is viewing the Bus waiting area. The new MTA Terminal has several stained-glass windows and works of art to view. It's almost like a gallery, except that it... More
