Very cool, traditional thing to do while in Grand Haven. The show is about 20 - 30 minutes long, and is basically a large, choreographed fountain that plays to pre-selected music (it went a little long for me, I would have been fine with 10...More

The Musical fountain was about 20 minutes long. The music and light show was really nice. They have new bench like stadium seating, or bring a blanket to lie on the grass!

Great fun for the entire family. Go on the website to see what music they are featuring each week. Get there early for a great seat and lots of free parking.

Lots of outdoor seating and room for the kids to run off excess energy while waiting for the show to begin. Music was varied- classical to rock. Fountain was syncopated well with lights and music. Show can easily be viewed from anywhere in venue with...More

Had to ask a local where to look for the fountain. I thought it was going to show from the middle of the lake. It’s on the other side of the lake. The speaker for the music was intermittently loud/soft. I think it was rotating....More

Rode our bikes from our campground. It’s a nice, “little something to do”. Lasts about a half hour. Close by to snacks and ice cream.

Unexpected show when we arrived the first night in Grand Haven. A 10 and 13 year old enjoyed it. It was free and open to public and Very nice!

We enjoyed the fountain with some family in town. Loved the new Lynne Sherwood amphitheater. Beautiful and family friendly. Can't wait to see a concert there. So grateful for her generosity.

The fountain is at the base of a tall dune on the north shore, that puts you either at the top of the dune, or on the wrong side to see it.I believe the top of the dune is inacessable. Sorry.

Fountain viewing is free .. you sit on the river bank on the opposite side of the Grand River. If you a lucky enough to get a seat on Snug Harbor's deck, you can see the fountain show from there.
