Free above Maa Mis's pizza which has great food. Would like to be able to purchase movie but fun to watch if you have the time then or happens to be raining.

The museum is on a 2nd floor over a pizza place. As I understand it, most everything was destroyed by a fire and could not be replaced. There is an interesting old movie about the building of the bridge. However, the sound was frequently interrupted...More

First of all it's free, but even better it's worth your time. Really enjoyed seeing the displays, the movies about the bridge, and the iron workers memorabilia. Highly recommended if you want to learn about the bridge.

I did not allow enough time to see all that there was to see. There were interviews taped of people that actually worked n the bridge you could easily spent hour exploring and listening to first hand accounts

its worth the stop to check it out. remember there were those who lost their lives so we would get from the upper to lower peninsulas in a quick and easy manner. but what they did, was not quick nor easy..

It had a neat amount of artifacts that were used by the people who built the bridge. As well as fun pictures of the time and news clippings

Nice gifts for people of all ages. Fun to walk thru and staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking and nice bathrooms near by.
