Enormous collection of the finest art of Central & South America. Truly blew my mind. I recommend getting a guide for the full flavor. The setting is a private home that is also unique. Besides paintIngs there are sculptures and ceramics. Highly recommend it.

The Gallery has an amazing collection of Latin American artists, pottery and sculpture. On our visit there is currently an exhibit featuring works of Goya and Dali "los Capruchos de Goya intervenidos por Dali". Amazing!

This museum is mostly modern art (from within the last century) from Central American artists. The colours, texture and use of materials in design were amazing! This is not your typical museum trip where you look at paintings of novel or religious people of the past. This was one of my favourite parts of Leon and you can't beat the... More

I almost enjoyed the buildings as much as the art itself. It's a nice escape from the city and a good way to spend an hour.

One of the most impressive collections of modern Latin American art we've ever seen anywhere. A beautiful compound and former home of wealthy family

I'll put it down to the fact that I was literally the only visitor so the multiple staff seemingly had nothing better to do than follow me round and behave as though I was an arsonist set on destroying their museum. They ruined what was actually a very pleasant gallery with some great artworks, ancient and modern. Half the gallery... More

The main asset is the building. Or actually, both buildings. Objects are professionally displayed. But there is something funny here. The contemporary art is not very exiting, and the ancient art is of poor quality: fysically and artistically.

Utterly absorbing. The collection of Central and South American art is fascinating. The building is gorgeous. Just a wonderful experience. I have never seen anything like it.

This is a wonderul museum of Latin American art (and some European). Has some colonial infomation, but the true draw here is the representation of the 20th centrury artists from Latin America. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. It is clear they are proud of this musuem, as they should be. Curation of the pieces is decent, but more eplanation... More
