I went to playa las peñitas after going volcano boarding. The water was refreshing but it had a lot of big waves. The sunset view was great!

Here was my first encounter with the Pacific Ocean and such a wonderful experience. The waves are great and spent around 5 hours in the water just goofing around. Wish I knew how to surf, this place was awesome for that.

The beach itself is not the best one of Nicaragua but if you give it a chance you will enjoy it! Furthermore, I do believe that Peñitas has one of the best sunsets you can ever see!
