High priced, but probably a onetime experience

High priced, but probably a onetime experience. Great staff, great layout. We played the Links and Quarry. No two holes are alike. Try it once if you don't mind the price!

very scenic course, especially the links 9 with great views of lake michigan. staff professional. it rained hard and had stoppage of play, but course drained well and was able to finish. not sure i would pay 250 to play again but the twilight price would be reasonable.

What a great track to play. We played as a foursome the first week of Sept. The course was challenging and the amazing views of the lake and homes made this made our time very enjoyable. If in the area a must play.

I played at Bay Harbor in early August and really enjoyed the experience. I have never been to Northern Michigan, and was very surprised by Bay Harbor. En route the the course from Traverse City you pass through many small rural towns that feel as if they had their glory days in the 70's. However, as you get to the... More

Played the Links and Quarry at twilight. The course was manicured, meticulous and challenging. The views and vistas were amazing. Probably the best golf course we played on our 2 week golf junket in Michigan.

Great kept secret! We were looking for some late casual dining at Bay Harbor. We came across the Bay Harbor Golf Club Links Grill. It was very quiet, with great food. Salads, sandwiches , tuna salad, fish, etc. My husband and I were the only ones on the terrace for a sunset dinner overlooking the lake & a few golfers.... More

technically this was probably the nicest golf course i've ever golfed. it's beautiful. we golfed the links and the quarry, and they were both beautiful. we did the twilight because it was only 100 dollars, as opposed to the normal $240. and i think that was a wise choice, given that we'd never been there and every hole was a... My husband and I played the Quarry and the Preserve. The courses are esthetically pleasing to the eye; the views of Lake Michigan are spectacular; the homes surrounding the Quarry are stunning. The Quarry is the most difficult of the 3 courses (Quarry, Preserve, Links) but well worth playing. We played the Quarry first and it did help that on... More

Do play. It's one of the best courses around. We played the Links and the Quarry. Wow to both. The Quarry was simply stunning from #3 through #9. The Links views were amazing on the lake all day. Just try to hit your drive into the seemingly infinite Lake Michigan on the 7th tee. But the course staff was terrible.... More

Two of the most beautiful courses I've played. The Quarry has some very challenging holes with rough that really IS rough. The Links course has views that will rival Pebble Beach. Each course is fair but challenging. I loved playing them. They are will kept and the staff is friendly. The course is quite pricey.
