Great little place that is part aviation museum and part little kids hands-on park. A couple of dozen aircraft from pre-WW1 to the present. Exhibits on early flight, WW2, NASA and the space program. Lost to see. We spend right at 3 hours and could have easily done another 1-2.A couple of short films and a staff that really knows... More

This is a combination of education and entertainment. Amusement park rides, flight simulators, and a little kids play room plus an amazing display of aircraft and space items throughout the ages. The displays really bring the history to life. I would recommend you bring a picnic lunch or snacks (we waited 30 minutes just to place an order). They have... More

I've been here a number of times and I've never been disappointed. Outstanding static displays of aircraft from every generation. Kids will love it and every adult will as well. Friendly staff, amusement rides to keep the kids entertained in between aircraft visits. Very fair admission prizes and a lot of bang for the buck. My kids are 12 and... More

My husband and I stopped here on a whim we are glad that we did. It was a wonderful experience lots of neat stuff to see and do. Love the large open layout even with a lot of people there it didn't feel crowded. It was well worth the price of admission. I highly recommend the Air Zoo! The sr-71... More

If you are in striking range, do not pass this by. It was once just a hanger full of Grumman war birds, but no longer. The displays are both entertaining (rides for kids) and historic.

The Air Zoo is great for anyone who likes to learn about aviation history. There are many planes on display and sometimes there are crews working on plane restoration. Be sure to go to both "campuses" i.e. buildings, because there are many more planes just a short walk from the main building.

If you love planes, especially war planes, it's worth it. I remember it being a bit pricey to get in, but like most museums in the Kzoo area it is super nice. they have a great collection and some really nice exhibits. Planning to visit again sometime.

The Air Zoo is samll enough to navigate for small children and older adults as well. /the rides keep the small ones entertained while others can listen to the wise and helpful flyers explain the intracies of the planes on display. Excitement for middle ages in simulators and space room.
