Decent brews made on site. No food. UP casual means it is pretty rustic. No pretensions: a place to drink beer and play some board games or chat with the crew at the bar.

They brew everything they sell. Great range of rotating brews, I enjoyed 2xipa. Comfy couches living room feel, board games for groups. Not much food but you can bring in pizza. Great place to start in town.

Soo Brewing Co is pretty much the only brewery in Sault Ste Marie (besides the Lockside Brewery) and their brews are pretty okay. A bit boring selection but the ones they have they brew pretty well. The place itself is quite old school and simple....More

Stopped in to try local brew, we had Soo Grand Cruise & Braveheart Stout: both excellent! Free fresh popped popcorn, pretzels & peanuts! Nice bartenders & ample seating. We enjoyed ourselves!

Is there outdoor seating available? If so, are pets allowed on the patio?

We did not notice any outdoor seating! This is not a "brewpub" type of brewery. It's just a quiet place to chill, like a coffee house for beer.
